Wonton Soup Mackerel Fish

good day mother today admin would like to share the recipe again but the admins are a bit stiff ya sorry ya got sick of the flu but no what what keep the spirit alone

Ingredients :
1. 200 gr mackerel meat mackerel
2. 1 egg whites
3. 2 cloves of leek, puree
4. 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
5. 1 teaspoon sesame oil
6. Powdered pepper to taste, mushroom broth and salt
7. 1 tablespoon tapioca flour
8. 1 leek, thinly sliced

Other Materials:
1. 15 pieces of dumpling skin
2. 1 liter chicken broth
3. Vegetable baby pakcoy / caisim to taste
4. Garlic chopped, fried crisp
5. 2 cloves of garlic already in smashed smooth

How to make :
1. Mix all ingredients, mix well
2. Give enough dough stuffing on the skin of dumplings, then fold as you pleased
Prepare the steamer pan, steam the dumpling for 15 minutes
4. Boil chicken broth (can use shrimp broth), give garlic geprek, seasoning with pepper powder, salt, mushroom broth. Then input the dumplings and vegetables. Cook until boiling. Turn off the stove
5. Wonton Soup ready served with a sprinkling of green onion and garlic
