This black pindang squid, unique and can make curious, and do not ask her taste ,, yumii tasty and delicious

Black Pindang Calamari

Ingredients:
1. 1/2 kg of medium size squid
2. Water sufficiently

Cooked Seasonings:
1. 1 tsp of acid dissolved with water, remove the seeds
2. Red and green cayenne (added chili pepper ya.cuma in this photo I do not add, because children want to eat too)
3. 7 grains of thinly sliced red onion
4. Little galang geprek
5. 2 stem of lemongrass geprek
6. 5 orange leaves
7. 1 tsp of shrimp paste
8. Salt sugar seasoning mushrooms to taste

How to cook :
1. Put enough water, bring to a boil
2. After the water is boiling, add cooked spices. Cook over low heat until it comes out of the seasoning
3. Rip the squid ink bag put into the seasoning stew .. add salt sugar flavor..supply and boil
4. Then enter the squid .. cook until the squid is cooked .. serve .. 😋😋
