Ingredients :
1. 1/2 kg of cow
2. 3 orange leaves
3. 2 bay leaves
4. 2 pieces of lemongrass, at o'clock until flat
5. 1 segment galangal, made flat

Ground spices :
1. 5 onion grains
2. 3 cloves of garlic
3. 1 tsp coriander
4. 1/2 segment of turmeric
5. 2 candlenuts
6. 2 kluwak fruit
7. Sugar pepper and salt, to taste

How:
1. Clean the tail. Boil briefly to boil. Drain, urinate and wash back the cow's tail.
2. Saute all the spices.
3. Preheater slow cooker. Put all the herbs and tails
4. Set slow, cook for approximately 3-4 hours. Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions
