Nastar kuker that always exist in every Idul Fitri
Ingredients :
1. 350 gr butter
2. 250 gr margarine
3. 650 gr flour low protein
4. 100 gr of cornstarch
5. 150 gr sugar (blender)
6. 2 tbsp milk powder
7. 6 egg yolks
Materials Olesan:
1. 8 yolks
2. 2 tsp cooking oil
3. 1 tsp SKM
Filling material:
1. Homemade pineapple jam
Steps:
1. Sift wheat flour and milk powder, set aside
2. Beat butter, margarine and egg yolks. Jangn lama2 yaa .. I'm just a minute.
