Ingredients :
1. 300 gr butter (may be mixed with margarine)
2. 100 gr cheese edam grated (me cheese cheddar)
3. 100 gr grated parmesan cheese
4. 350 gr flour medium / low pro
5. 50 gr maezena
6. 20 gr milk powder

Top cover / cover:
1. 3 egg yolks
2. 1 tbsp liquid milk
3. Sprinkles
4. Grated cheddar cheese

Step
1. Mix and wheat flour, maezena, and milk powder. Set aside
2. Beat the butter until just gently insert the grated cheese. Stir well
3. Enter the flour gradually while stirring with a wooden spoon. Stir well until all flour is flat.
The kastengels dough is drier than the nastar dough
4. Print the dough, smear the spread of cheese and roast the temperature around 125 ° until cooked.
