Apparently kremes not only fried chicken is delicious, but also fish gurameh
The fish is soaked in spices and fried
It was served with creme cremey and salted
Do not forget the white rice
Ingredients :
1. 1-2 gurameh fish, clean the scales and wash the lines then
2. 2 lime juice, take the water
Seasoning Condiments:
1. 5 cloves of garlic
2. 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
3. A little finger turmeric, burn
4. 1 tbsp salt
(Puree all)
For Kremesan:
1. 2 cloves of garlic
2. A finger of turmeric, burn
3. 1 tsp salt
4. 2 tsp chicken powder broth
5. 6 tablespoons tapioca flour
6. 2 tablespoons rice flour
7. 500 mL of water or liquid milk
How to make:
1. Soak the fish with lime juice and salt for 5-10 minutes. Clean wash.
2. Soak the fish in a sprinkled marinade. Add water until the fish is almost drowned. Set aside for 1-2 hours.
3. For kremesan, puree garlic, turmeric and salt.
4. Mix the average seasoning that has been smoothed with other ingredients.
5. Set aside 10 minutes.
6. Optional: filter so that later the fried results are smoother.
7. Heat oil in a frying pan. Lots of oil well.
8. Fried gurameh fish until one side is browned. Flip and fry until browned. Pour a few tablespoons of kremes. Fry until golden brown. Drain.
9. Fry the remaining kremes dough, put the dough spoon per spoon. Do not be too much later to clot. One frying pan only 5-6 tbsp. Do not be stirred it will clot and not crunchy.
10.Use medium heat. Fry until golden brown and drain. Do it until the dough runs out
11. For 1-2 fish and 200 gram kremesan
