Chicken Tuturaga

Ingredients :
1. 1 chicken, cut 12
2. 4 pieces of pandan leaves, sliced
3. 8 stalks of chives, sliced (leeks)
4. 5 kaffir lime leaves, finely sliced
5. 3 stalks lemongrass, thinly sliced
6. 2 eggs, shake off
7. 400 ml of water
8. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
9. Salt and sugar according to taste
10.kaldu powder to taste
Ground spices :
1. 100 gr of red chilli and cayenne pepper
2. 5 cloves of garlic
3. 10 onion cloves
4. 2 cm ginger
5. 3 cm turmeric
6. 7 grains of pecan
How:
1. Spread the chicken with salt and lime juice, leave for 15 minutes
2. Heat oil,stir-fry spices,lemon grass,lime leaves and pandan leaves until fragrant.
3. Enter the chicken, stirring until the chicken is stiff.
4. Pour the eggs, stir until the eggs clot, give water,cook until the chicken is soft and the sauce thickens.
5. Give the lime juice,chives / spring onion,salt,sugar and powdered broth.Stir well,taste correction.Lift and Serve.
