Cheese Thumbprint Cookies

Ingredients :
1. 100 gr butter
2. 50 gr margarine
3. 125 g of refined sugar
4. 1 egg yolks
5. 225 gr wheat blue key
6. 20 gr milk powder
7. 20 gr maize
8. 1/2 tsp baking powder
Coating material:
1. egg whites and grated cheese
Topping material:
1. fruit jam, or chocolate
How to make :
1. shake butter, margarine, and refined sugar until pale (curleb 2 minutes). then enter the egg yolks, shake again until blended.
2. Enter the flour, cornstarch, milk powder, and baking powder, mix well with a wooden spoon or spatula.
3. Roll the dough, then dip it into the egg white, and apply it to the grated cheese.
4. Arrange in baking sheet, spacing. Then press the center with the thumb.
5. Bake until half cooked, remove from the oven, fill with filling. Bake again until cooked and jam dries.
6. Store inside an airtight jar
