Nastar Dough:
1. 200 gr margarine (me: 40gr anch * r + 160gr royal palmi *)
2. 275 gr flour Δ
3. 1 tbsp milk powder
4. 1 tbsp cornstarch / sago / tapioca
5. 50 gr refined sugar

Crumble dough (stir with a fork to the sand):
1. 25 gr margarine
2. 25 gr sugar
3. 50 gr wheat flour

Field:
1. Strawberry Jam to taste

Topical:
1. 2 egg yolks + 2sdt of cooking oil

How to make :
Nastar Dough:
1. Mix margarine, refined sugar, and powdered milk (flat origin), feed all flour, mix well with spoon / spatula.
2. Form dough, take a pinch like normal nastar size, round & flatten, press the middle with thumb, tidy, print again with a bottle cap to form a cup basin / cup is neat.
3. Rub the surface of the dough that has been printed with egg yolks then rolled into the dough crumble, stacked on a baking pan that has been polished margarine. (The basin does not need to be lubricated because it will be filled jam)
4. Before baking, stick with a small fork / center toothpick (part of the basin) to keep it from expanding in the oven.
5. Bake ± 20 minutes / until browned with a temperature of 160 ° C.
6. Remove from the oven, spray jam using piping bag to the cake basin, then bake again ± 5min, lift. Chill in cooling rack & cake ready to enter jars.
