Ingredients :
1. 500 grams of chicken thigh fillet
2. 1 tsp Salt
3. Lime juice juice
4. Satay skewers
Peanut Seasonings:
1. 300 grams Peanuts, fried
2. 6 cloves of garlic
3. 8 Onions Onion
4. 4 pieces of red chili
5. 500 ml of water
6. 3 pieces of orange leaves
7. Salt sugar to taste
8. 100 ml of sweet soy sauce
Chicken Satay Complementary:
1. Lontong or ketupat
2. Sweet soy sauce
3. Fried onion
How to Make Chicken Satay:
1. Cut chicken meat dice give salt and lemon juice, store in the refrigerator min 1 hour
Then stab with a skewer and do it until it runs out, set aside
2. Puree all peanut ingredients, except for soy sauce, lime leaves. Then put soy sauce, water, lime leaves and cook with low heat until the water recedes and remove the oil. Correction of taste, lift.
