Ingredients :
1. 2 egg yolks
2. 100 gr butter (me: 50gram anch * r + 50gr royal palmi *)
3. 80 grams of refined sugar
4. 150 grams of flour
5. 50 grams of milk powder
6. 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
7. dye sufficiently
How to:
1. Beat with an egg yolk spoon and butter, stirring until smooth. Put vanilla powder, mix well.
2. Put powdered sugar, mix well until smooth. Flour and powdered milk (sieved) stir until smooth and dough can be formed.
3. Divide the dough into sections (I share 4) dye, round out each color. Put the dough into the refrigerator for 10 minutes for easy grinding.
4. Remove from the refrigerator, soften the dough with a rolling pin (my suggestion is to match the stapled / uncoated paper / wrapped rice paper while grinding & printing the dough-so that the dough is easily moved to the baking sheet).
5. Print the dough with the bottle cap. Then print again with a bottle cap in the middle with a smaller diameter.
6. Move to a dish that is covered in silpat / polished margarine, give a hole motif in the center of the button by using a glass straw *.
7. Bake in an oven with a temperature of 180 ° C ± 30 minutes (adjust the temperature of each oven). Lift & chill, then keep the meeting in a jar
