Ingredients :
1. 250 gr margarine
2. 250 gr butter
3. 75 g of refined sugar
4. 3 egg yolks
5. 3 tbsp full cream milk powder
6. 100 gr of cornstarch
7. 600 gr medium protein flour

How to make :
